This is for one 60-minute MFT-IT Supervision session agreed upon October 2, 2025. This was addended on 12/19/2025 to reflect that there are now two supervision hours per week at $80. 10 AM-12 PM Central every Monday.
This is $80 per hour for AAMFT Approved Supervision for an MFT-IT. Additional supervision requests that equate to 30+ Minutes will also be tracked and totaled at $40 for 30 minutes or $80 for full hour. IT provider employer has wanted to pay for monthly supervision $80 ×8 =$640.00 plus 5.5% Wisconsin state tax $640x5.5%=$35.20. $640+35.20 =$635.20. These are for the months of January, February, April, May 2026. March 2026 has FIVE mondays so it will be $80×10 = $800.00 plus 5.5% sales Wisconsin state tax $800×5.5% = 44.00. 800 + $.44.00 = $844.00 total.
Supervision will be weekly, per request unless noted differently. Virtual through the designated secure Google Meet Link. Primary place of employment and payment is Beyond Expectations.
