In Regards to Services:

It is the client’s responsibility to notify Anne C. Totero or members of Anne C. Totero, LLC of their cancellation 24 or more hours BEFORE the scheduled appointment time. This is not dependent on business days. This can be done via email to annectoterollc@gmail.com or with the phone number provided to my clients for further review. Cancellation allows for one additional reschedule of that appointment if there are extenuating circumstances such as emergencies. One re-schedule is allowed and if another cancellation occurs then you forfeit the amount paid and will have to pay another additional service.

If you no show your appointment, you forfeit the amount paid. There is no opportunity to reschedule or be refunded at that time. You will have to book and pay again. All sales are final, there are no refunds. The reason I do this is to respect not only your own commitment to your recovery, the recovery of others, and my time as a business. Attending appointments and following through is essential to ongoing recovery and healing.

In Regards to Products:

All sales are final, no refunds. If an item is damaged, please email the order number, tracking number, and photos of the damage on the day it was received. You MUST include a picture of the box (inside and outside including the shipping label), the damaged item, and your purchasing information. Everything is shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx so there is tracking available. The day it notes it was delivered will be confirmed through tracking and you have to notify me of damage within 24 hours of receiving. If I do have another item, I will exchange with you. The buyer must pay for shipping of returning the item and shipping the new item. The item must be returned before new item is sent. If I do not have another item, we can discuss next steps with sending the item back, and once item is received, I will refund the full amount. Regardless, the original item MUST be sent back for return to be processed and for exchange.

Added 1/2026: If you are going to partake in unethical purchasing and utilize charge backs after your items are shipped or received, you will be forbidden from purchasing from me in the future, no exceptions. Charge backs and disputes that are in clear conflict with my policies, I will not be doing business with you in the future and that is a right as a small business owner. I am not a business that follows, “The customer is always right.” I am a business owner who believes both individuals deserve rights and fair treatment. I am not an exception to that rule because I run the business. Respect goes two ways which is why I have built clientele base aka people who come and stay, and not a “customer” base aka people who come and go.
